Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

You have two options:

  1. Email registration: Provide your name, username, email, and password

  2. Google sign-in: Click "Continue with Google" for instant setup

Can I change my username after registration?

Currently, usernames cannot be changed after account creation. Choose carefully during registration.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Currently, chchange password cannot be changed after account creation. Choose carefully during registration.

Can I use the same account on multiple devices?

Yes! Your account works on any device with a web browser. Simply log in on each device.

How do I delete my account?

Contact our privacy team at [email protected] to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed.


Logging In

Can I log in with my username instead of email?

Yes! You can use either your email address or your username to log in.

Why am I being logged out automatically?

For security, sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Simply log in again to continue.

I can't log in with Google. What's wrong?

Try these steps:

  1. Ensure pop-ups are allowed in your browser

  2. Clear your browser cache

  3. Try a different browser

  4. Make sure you're using the correct Google account

What if I signed up with email but want to use Google?

Currently, accounts are tied to their registration method. You would need to create a new account with Google.


Using the Chat

How do I start a new conversation?

Click the "New Chat" button in the sidebar. This creates a fresh conversation without any prior context.

Does LTO Ai remember my previous conversations?

Within the same chat session, yes. LTO Ai maintains context throughout a conversation. However:

  • New chats start fresh

  • Different chat sessions don't share context

  • Very long conversations may lose early context

Why did LTO Ai give me an unexpected response?

AI responses are generated based on your question and context. Try:

  • Rephrasing your question

  • Providing more context

  • Starting a new chat

  • Being more specific

Can LTO Ai understand multiple languages?

LTO Ai is primarily designed for English but may understand other languages. For best results, use English for your questions.

How long can my messages be?

There's no strict character limit, but shorter, focused messages typically get better responses and use fewer tokens.


Tokens & Limits

What are tokens?

Tokens are units measuring your usage of LTO Ai. Both your messages and LTO Ai's responses consume tokens.

How many tokens do I get per day?

Your daily token allocation depends on your account type. Check the token counter in the sidebar for your specific limit.

When do my tokens reset?

Tokens reset daily at midnight UTC (00:00 UTC). Check what time this is in your local timezone.

What happens when I run out of tokens?

When you reach your limit:

  • You'll see a notification

  • You cannot send new messages

  • Your existing conversations remain accessible

  • Tokens reset at midnight UTC

How can I get more tokens?

Currently, token limits are fixed. Wait for the daily reset, or use tokens more efficiently by being concise in your messages.

Why did one conversation use more tokens than another?

Token usage depends on:

  • Length of your messages

  • Complexity of questions

  • Length of AI responses

  • Number of back-and-forth exchanges


File Uploads

What file types can I upload?

Currently supported:

  • Images: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF

Is there a file size limit?

Yes, files should be reasonable in size. Very large files may be rejected or take longer to process.

How does LTO Ai use uploaded images?

When you upload an image, LTO Ai can:

  • Describe what it sees

  • Answer questions about the content

  • Help analyze visual information

Are my uploaded files stored?

Yes, files are stored securely with your account. They're only accessible by you and are deleted if you delete your account.

Why did my file upload fail?

Common reasons:

  • File too large

  • Unsupported format

  • Network connection issue

Try reducing file size or converting to a supported format.


Sharing Conversations

How do I share a conversation?

  1. Click the share icon in the chat header

  2. Confirm you want to generate a link

  3. The link is copied to your clipboard

  4. Paste and share the link

Who can see my shared conversation?

Anyone with the link can view the conversation. They don't need an account.

Can someone edit my shared conversation?

No. Shared conversations are read-only. Viewers cannot modify or continue the chat.

How do I stop sharing a conversation?

Currently, generated share links remain active. Be mindful of what you share.

Is there a way to share conversations privately?

Share links are accessible to anyone who has them. For private sharing, only send links to trusted individuals.


Mobile & PWA

Does LTO Ai work on mobile?

Yes! LTO Ai is fully responsive and works great on smartphones and tablets.

What is a PWA?

PWA stands for Progressive Web App. It lets you install LTO Ai on your device like a native app, with benefits like:

  • Home screen icon

  • Full-screen experience

  • Faster loading

  • Some offline functionality

How do I install the PWA?

iOS (Safari):

  1. Tap the Share button

  2. Select "Add to Home Screen"

  3. Tap "Add"

Android (Chrome):

  1. Tap the menu (three dots)

  2. Select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen"

  3. Confirm

Why does LTO Ai require installation on iOS?

For the best experience and security, LTO Ai works as a PWA on iOS devices. This provides full-screen mode and better performance.


Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use:

  • HTTPS encryption for all connections

  • Bcrypt password hashing

  • Enterprise-grade server security

  • Strict access controls

Does LTO Ai store my conversations?

Yes, conversations are stored to:

  • Provide your chat history

  • Allow you to continue conversations

  • Enable sharing features

Can I delete my conversation history?

Yes. You can delete individual conversations from your history.

Does LTO Ai use my data to train AI models?

No. Your conversations are not used to train general-purpose AI models.

Who has access to my data?

Only you can access your account data. Our team has limited access for support purposes only, with strict privacy policies.


Technical Issues

LTO Ai isn't responding. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Refresh the page

  3. Try a new chat

  4. Clear browser cache

  5. Try a different browser

Messages aren't sending.

This could be due to:

  • Network issues (check connection)

  • Token limit reached (check sidebar)

  • Browser issues (try refreshing)

The page looks broken or unstyled.

Try:

  1. Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)

  2. Clear browser cache

  3. Disable browser extensions

  4. Try a different browser

I'm getting an error message.

Read the error carefully—it often explains the issue. Common errors:

  • Token limit reached

  • Network connection lost

  • Session expired (log in again)


AI Behavior

Why does LTO Ai sometimes give different answers to the same question?

AI responses can vary slightly due to:

  • Different context in the conversation

  • Natural variation in AI generation

  • Updates to the AI system

Can LTO Ai make mistakes?

Yes. While LTO Ai is trained on accurate information, AI systems can occasionally:

  • Misunderstand questions

  • Provide incomplete information

No. LTO Ai provides information about BitLease and related topics, but:

  • It is not financial advice

  • Don't make investment decisions based solely on AI responses
